Today, the multi-purpose Tyler Village complex was built in 1913 as the expanded home of Cleveland Wire Works. At its peak, the complex spanned 10 acres and one million square feet and was officially named the W.S. Tyler Company Building after Cleveland Wire Works founder Washington S. Tyler. Cleveland Wire Works specializes in quality is woven wire screens, screening machinery, elevator entrances and cars, wire cloth, trellises, and arches.
In 2005, Graystone Properties–a Cleveland-based company with a deep investment in local commercial real estate and the Northeast Ohio small business community–began refurbishing the W.S. Tyler Co. Building as Tyler Village.
