Whether it is known for Asia Town, the Cleveland Flea or the Asian Festival, there’s no question that St. Clair Super Development Corporation has effectively put this Cleveland neighborhood on the radar.
Yet even as the neighborhood was in the foreground, the organization’s offices were in the background. “In our previous location, we felt removed. We didn’t have a street presence. People weren’t coming to us. We wanted to be more welcoming and more central to the residents and businesses,” says W. Michael Fleming, St. Clair Superior Development’s Executive Director. The solution? Move to Tyler Village.
Fleming said that his team had always referred businesses interested in moving to the area to Tyler Village. “Tyler is a go-to space. It offers a variety of spaces and price points for manufacturing and creative to higher end offices.”
He admits to being “blown away” by the number of small businesses, connection to fiber and creative atmosphere in Tyler’s main building ultimately leading to the decision that “Tyler felt like the place to be.”
St. Clair Superior Development Corporation will be fully operational in its 1,000 square foot Tyler Village offices by the end of the month. Soon after settling in to its new offices, the organization plans to celebrate with a business social to get to know the other tenants in the buildings.
